Robert Neral was ordained by Vine Life Ministries in Lincoln, California, and has been the senior pastor of Wilderness Lakes Chapel in Menifee, California, for the past 23 years.  He also spent over 15 years witnessing with prison ministries and served 13 years with The Salvation Army.  He retired in 2012 as Administrator for The Salvation Army in Riverside County, California.  “Witness to the truth” reveals his desire to lead all people to believe and trust the Word of God.
